Pickling
DEWE Brünofix GmbH "Rostalit" Products:
- based on hydrochloric, sulphuric and phosphoric acids and mixed pickling agents
- complete pickling agents, i.e. the products already contain surfactants and inhibitors
Tip: Inhibitors can also be obtained separately!
Black oxidation salts

Phosphatising

- zinc, manganese and zinc calcium phosphatising agents for use in dipping processes
- through addition of our special acceleration solution to the phosphatising bath, the coating thickness can be regulated in zinc and zinc calcium phosphatising
- Pre-activation for zinc, zinc calcium and manganese phosphatising to influence coating strength and structure
Colouring processes

Sealing

- 5-20 vol % batch

- depending on product: matt surfaces that can be painted over, or oily, shiny surfaces
- elutable, so very durable
- mostly not fire hazards
- product ready to use
Passivation: DEWE Brünofix GmbH "Passivierung" Products
- for temporary corrosion protection for interior storage
- water soluble anticorrosion concentrate
- as a rule, can be painted over
- low concentration used: 1-3 vol %
Decoction oil: DEWE Brünofix GmbH "Korrosin" Products
- especially suitable for burnished surfaces with blind holes, among other applications, due to saponification of any burnishing salt residues
