Surface Treatment Equipment
In our technically sophisticated, large-size, computer controlled and completely automatic contract treatment plants we carry out fast and reliable black oxidation (steel, iron and cast iron) and phosphating (zinc, zinc-calcium and manganese phosphating) processes as well as blackening of stainless steel for our customers.
For the special processes of brass, copper and diecast zinc colouring, manually loaded treatment equipment is available.

Treatment and Workpiece Dimensions
Plant I
Black oxidation as a one- or two-step treatment of steel and iron in accordance with DIN 50938, process groups A or B, as well as the black finishing of stainless steel.
· max. tank dimensions (workpieces to be smaller) (L/W/H): 1800 / 400 / 500 mm
· max. workpiece weight 300 kg
· treatment possible by immersion as rack or lay parts, or in rotating drums.
Plant II
Black oxidation as a one-, two- or three-step treatment of steel and iron in accordance with DIN 50938, process groups A, B or C. The process group C requires three different black oxidation tanks in sequence and is the highest class available worldwide.
· max. tank dimensions (L/W/H): 3000 / 500 / 700 mm
· Workpieces up to 2100 mm diameter and 400 mm width can be treated either rotating or
zonally / sector by sector.
· max. workpiece weight 600 kg
· treatment possible by immersion as rack or lay parts, or hanging on fixed or rotating tool
systems.
Plant III
Zinc phosphating and manganese phosphating acc. to DIN EN 12476
· max. tank dimensions (L/W/H): 1800 / 400 / 500 mm
· max. workpiece weight 600 kg
· treatment possible by immersion as rack or lay parts, or in rotating drums.
Plant IV
Colouring and blackening processes for non-iron metal
· brass colouring (black, brown)
· copper colouring (black)
· diecast zinc colouring (black)
· max. tank dimensions (L/W/H): 480 / 200 / 300 mm
· max. workpiece weight 20 kg
· treatment possible by immersion as rack or lay parts, or in a rotating drum.

You can deliver your articles for contract treatment to us during the following working hours:
Monday to Thursday 07:00 a.m. to 15:40 p.m., Friday 07:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Upon request and agreement, we are also happy to help you outside the normal opening hours.
Delivered articles for black oxidation and phosphating are usually ready for pick-up or dispatch on the following working day. Colouring or blackening of stainless steel, coppper, brass and diecast zinc is processed within 2 to 3 working days.
