Equipment for chemical surface treatment
The equipment for chemical surface treatment consists of individual containers lined up in a row appropriate for the optimal treatment sequence taking into account the legal, chemical and technical equipment requirements. Depending on operational capacity, the nature of the parts and the desired degree of automation, the equipment differs mainly in the loading system:
Equipment with manual loading or with crane system
Here, the movement of the product crates occurs manually or with the aid of a crane system. This makes this type of equipment comparatively cheap to buy, but requires additional staff costs in the company to move the product crates.
Equipment with automatic transport system
With this type of equipment, the product carriers are automatically moved by a computer controlled system. This means that staff are only needed to load and unload the product carriers or for servicing and equipment maintenance. In addition, through use of buffer stations, completely personnel-free operation is possible for long periods. Computer control of the equipment also offers further up to date options, such as self-opitmising mix programme control, data recording (treatment times, bath temperatures, glitches etc), load evaluation, article management and lots more.
All equipment has a central switchboard or master computer for controlling and monitoring the equipment operation. Vapour from heated baths is extracted directly at the place of origin and fed into the open air via a cleansing stage with the aid of a fan.
We will be very pleased to provide you with detailed information or an individual offer regarding equipment for chemical surface treatment to your requirements.
