Cold colouring equipment
For performing the cold colouring process for iron and steel materials, DeWe Brünofix supplies small units specially adapted to the process. The description of two standard units will be found below. We are also pleased to offer equipment sizes and versions individually adapted to your needs.
Cold colouring unit E1 4l
- 9 baths for performing the complete colouring process
- usable measurements (L/W/H): 150 / 100 / 100 mm
- usable content: approx 4 litres
- all baths with carrying handle and hinged lid
- collecting tray with seal certificate in acccordance with the Water Resource Act
- including 3 product crates
- separate tub for storing product crates
- outside measurements (L/W/H): 1080 / 350 / 220 mm
Cold colouring unit E2 10l
- 8 baths for carrying out the complete colouring process
- usable measurements (L/W/H): 280 / 180 / 160 mm
- usable content: approx 10 liters
- degreasing bath (heated) with circulation and oil deposition compartment for optimum degreasing
- all baths with carrying handle
- hinged lid for groups of baths
- collecting tray with seal certificate in accordance with the Water Resources Act
- underframe with setting-down surface for work pieces, chemicals etc.
